Amazing service food was lovely highly recommended

We ordered food last night which arrived an hour and a half after I ordered…I understand that you guys get busy but you should either give realistic timings or stop taking deliveries if you can’t deliver in a decent time. My kids were so hungry and kept asking for the food. When it finally did arrive, most of it was disappointing…those are the weirdest chippy chips I have ever seen in my life and I’m guessing they were pulled from the fryer early as you were so busy since they were seriously undercooked!! None of us ate them and I threw most of our food in the bin!!

Takeaway was very busy, but food was on time and hot! In other places, that doesn't happen on a busy Saturday night, but always at the Barracuda!

Fast delivery, i was going to give the driver a tip but he arrived that quick i thought it was amazon delivery. It was like going back in time to when chip shops were caring about the product they are selling. New favourite in this family

It's very much unusual but the food was not good tonight. The chips were cold and soggy and the pizza was stone cold to the touch. I like this place a lot but this is disappointing. A very expensive way to be disappointed.

I ordered chips cheese and fish. I get chips full covered in curry sauce 🤮 instead.

Every single time we order ahead for collection via the app we turn up and have to wait while the order is made. It is never ready for collection at the collection time. Today the wait was an extra 30mins. There is no point in ordering via the app. Sick of the owner going “Sorry mate!” when it never changes. Have the food ready for when you say you will or remove that time from the app. Sick of our time being wasted.
